Bridgette Veneris

Bridgette Veneris was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in 2015 when she was eight years old and underwent chemotherapy for two and a half years.
After her diagnosis, Bridgette became passionate about advocating for childhood cancer. She became an ambassador for KOALA Kids, a children’s cancer charity that provides therapeutic and other resources for children and young people undergoing treatment in hospitals and at home.
Bridgette has also shared her cancer journey across various platforms to raise awareness of childhood cancer and its impact on young people's lives. She aims to highlight the emotional and physical challenges of being diagnosed with cancer at a young age.
