Hon. Jaala Pulford

The Honourable Jaala Pulford has extensive experience in governance, public administration, and government. She served in the Victorian Parliament from 2006 to 2022 and was a Minister in the Victorian Government from 2014 to 2022, including as the State's first female Minister for Agriculture. She also held portfolios in Medical Research, Innovation and the Digital Economy, Roads and Road Safety, TAC, Small Business, Employment, and Resources.

Jaala is the Board Chair of the Children’s Cancer Foundation, and MTP Connect: Australia's life-sciences accelerator. She is also a Non-Executive Director at Cyban and a Vice Chancellor's Fellow at the University of Melbourne.

In September 2014, Jaala’s daughter Sinéad was diagnosed with cancer and passed away 12 weeks later at the age of 13.
