Creating a future where every child with cancer can survive and thrive
We’re improving outcomes for our youngest cancer patients by accelerating research, innovation and collaboration.

Every child deserves a bright future beyond cancer.
It's a heartbreaking reality that three Australian children die every week from cancer, and 80% of children who survive cancer have long-term effects from their treatment.
Children's Cancer CoLab's purpose is to improve outcomes for our youngest cancer patients by accelerating collaborative research and innovation into the clinic.
We bring together many of Australia's brightest research and clinical minds to fast-track innovative childhood cancer treatments and interventions. With scientific rigour at our core, we're challenging traditional boundaries so that breakthrough discoveries can be translated into clinical advances aimed at benefitting our youngest cancer patients.
We're working to invest $45 million into our targeted Impact Programs. With our strategic funding approach, we're addressing the most critical challenges in childhood cancer — from developing safer treatments with fewer toxicities to supporting patients to live long and healthy lives.
Guided by scientific expertise and the real-world perspectives of patients and families, we're not just funding research. We're removing the barriers that slow progress so that our CoLaborators can focus on delivering transformative discoveries that will have a real-world impact on childhood cancer patients everywhere.
